Minimum Order QTY

To ensure safe and efficient delivery, we require a minimum purchase of 6 bottles per order. Orders can be placed in multiples of 6, such as 6, 12, or 18 bottles. Mixed 6-packs are welcome, allowing you to enjoy a variety of our handcrafted wines

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for all Orders. For orders of 12 bottles or more, we provide free shipping as a token of our appreciation for your support.

Delivery Timeframe

Once your order is confirmed, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery, depending on your location. We strive to process and dispatch all orders promptly to ensure your wines arrive in perfect condition.

Packaging

Our wines are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. We use industry-standard materials and methods to maintain the quality and integrity of your selected wines.

Age Verification

As per Australian law, wine deliveries must be received by individuals aged 18 years or over. Our delivery partners may request valid identification upon delivery to verify the recipient's age.

Returns and Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. For more details, please refer to our Returns Policy.
